The Fitness Model Program - fitnessmodelprogram.com/ review, complaints. Does it work?
I go to the gym 4 times a week and do cardio workouts and weight training. I am at my ideal body weight and feel comfortable at this weight. After all of this exercise, I still had a belly that I just could not get rid of. It always bulged out. I was at the gym and heard one of the other women talking about a book that she had read by Jennifer Nicole Lee. I immediately searched and purchased the book. I learned to count calories and read nutrition labels of food products found in the market. I also constructed my own exercise routine and I observed that I could now wear clothes 2 sizes down my usual size. Isn't that wonderful? I should have found this book a few years ago but I am not regretting having it now. The best part is that I not only look great but feel good as well. Having a body to die-for is just one of the steps in becoming healthier. I am happy to be living a healthy life now thanks to JNL's Fitness Model Program book. |
