I have always been a self defeatist. If at first you don't succeed, quit. I feel like my ongoing struggle with both my weight and my self esteem came from years of telling myself I can't. I looked upon reading The Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Enhancement e-Guide as one last shot. I wasn't convinced it would work, but at least I could say I'd tried. I discovered something the first day of the challenge however. Yes, it was hard, but it wasn't impossible even for me. I found that a week later I was still coming, a miraculous event on its own. More than that I felt stronger. The e-book was easy to follow. Everything was explained in detail and made it seem much simpler than I thought. I always thought exercise was so complicated. This program did exactly that. Within 1 month I noticed more definition, tone and shape on my body. I feel fantastic and it helps me in every area of my life.
