Sometimes people do everything to burn fat just to stay look fit and sexy. They try to go to the gym, taking diet pills or even undergo to medical procedure like liposuction.
I recall I wanted to stay fit so I decided to workout. I went on regular cardio training like running, biking, stair climbers, treadmills or rowing machines. But because of hectic schedule I stopped to go to the gym.

I started the Turbulence program and I’m impressed using only three 45 minute weight workouts a week I lost the maximum calories and my transformation was great. Turbulence Training includes the following:
1. Turbulence Training is 3 days a week.
2. The workout will be resistance training followed by Interval Training.
3. Make 2-4 sets per exercise and 6-8 repetitions per set.
4. Provide pair of “non-competing” exercises.
5. Have 1 minute rest period between exercises.
6. Do 2 warm-up sets of exercises.
7. End each workout with Interval Training.
8. Perform new exercises in the workout every 3 weeks.
9. Eat a well-balanced diet inorder to have proper nutrition. Decrease calorie intake by eliminating processed carbohydrates and some saturated fat from the diet.
