I was not looking for a personal trainer, but someone who had knowledge in the golf specific field and was willing to work over a period of time to improve my general balance, core strength and stamina. Golf Fitness principles made my decision very easy! Over the last 2 months I have seen my commitment and enjoyment level increase. During my playing years on The European Tour I realized I had to maintain a level of fitness through gym work, but I became too easily bored due to lack of proper direction. Now, with the advice and supervision from the book I am really enjoying the program. Mentally and physically I feel better because of my commitment. The book has fantastic knowledge on specific body parts and movement required to maximize power and balance in the golf swing. Susan fully understands that my needs should be professionally diagnosed and delivered. I have given myself a target of raising my strength and fitness over the next 3 years before heading for the Seniors Tour.
